1. Care and Processing:

We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us, utilizing processes deemed best suited to the nature and condition of each individual item. While precautions are taken to handle and clean clothes properly, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that were not readily apparent or reported by the customer prior to processing.

2. Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for informing us of any conditions, manufacturer cleaning directions, and/or special instructions related to the cleaning and laundering of their items. This particularly applies, but is not limited to, materials such as suede, leather, silk, satin, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, etc. Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.

3. Color Loss, Shrinkage, and Damage:

During the laundering process, we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, or damage to weak and tender fabrics. The company's liability for any lost or damaged article during dry cleaning shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it. For the Wash and Fold service, we will refund up to 20% of the proven cost of the item.

4. Suitability for Laundering:

By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on an available wash cycle from Clean Me Laundry washers, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

5. Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may cause damage to our equipment or pose a hazard to our staff. This includes items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our team.

Limitation of Liability:

1. Maximum Damages:

Clean Me Laundry's liability shall be limited to general money damages, with a maximum amount not exceeding the charges incurred by the customer during the term in which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This limitation on liability applies regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought, and it constitutes the customer’s exclusive remedy.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Clean Me Laundry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning Clean Me Laundry, Clean Me Laundry Providers/Partners, and the services rendered to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Exclusion of Certain Damages:

Under no circumstances shall Clean Me Laundry or Clean Me Laundry Providers/Partners be liable to customers or any third party for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, anticipated profits or lost business, costs of delay, personal or property damage, or liabilities to third parties arising from any source. This holds true even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
